I was absent again! Yes again and again!  Excuses; work, wedding preparations and most of all, I chose to sleep whenever I had time. I have too many outdated posts and I don’t know where to start off with.

Anyway, few months back, my cousin from Johor came to visit. I lived in Sandakan for so many years but have yet to visit some of the main attractions. One of them is the Agnes Keith House. Not much shots, as we were only allowed to snap on the outer of the place. There were more interesting stuffs inside like antique typewriter, old phones, old-styled appliances and a big room with a huge mirror that makes the place looks eerie. Just RM2 and I think is worth a visit.

After the visit, I even bought the book written by the owner of the house. It’s a good book with the writer’s experiences of Borneo.

Location: Sandakan, Sabah

I have been to many places the past few years. Took quite a lot of pictures from these places.

Since I haven’t been blogging for so long, I guess I will start from this new island I visited during year end of 2005. Nothing much is there during the time we went. I only see a few tourists. I think by now it should be fully developed.

So we have to board from Yacht Club, Sandakan and it took us approximately 1 1/2 hours to get to the island.

Upon arrival…

At the jetty

Looks good to sit and relax with such view

White sand…

Hammock hanging outside the chalet

Too bad there’s only one though.

Relaxing huh?!

Getting ready for snorkeling

Isn’t he cute?!

Blue starfishes

Little sharks

There was more during night time but didn’t manage to snapshot any pictures.

Enjoying the sunset

These little crabs only appears at night

‘Makan’ and ‘minum’ section

Sleeping Handsomes ^^

That’s about it. We stayed there for a night only so time is limited. The island is worth a visit.
