Continue with updates on April Hong Kong trip. I decided not to update on my cousin’s club, A.V.E.N.U.E. because I couldn’t find the pictures >.<

Anyway, my cousin and I went to this tofu shop in Sham Shui Po. They served very good fried tofu and tofu fa. It’s not hard to find the shop. From Sham Shui Po MTR, go to exit B2 then just walk straight towards 7-Eleven and the shop is about 2-3 shops after 7-Eleven. If not mistaken, the street name is Pei Ho Street.

That’s the name of the shop, Gung Wo.

This is where they process their tofu. As you can see, they still practice the old way.

The uncle busy frying tofu. There are 2 types of tofu. One is stuffed with fish like our Yong Tofu and the other none. Yum Yum! Delicious.

Here you go!

Of course we ordered their Tofu Fa as well. So smooth. Also they use yellow sugar unlike those we have in Malaysia which uses liquid ones.

This is the yellow sugar I mentioned.

They also sell cube tofu.

A short holiday with my cousin Lynn to Hong Kong in April.

So on the 1st night of our arrival, we met up with our other cousins in Hong Kong. We went for dinner at some Italian restuarant. I didn’t get the name of the restaurant. I couldn’t even remember the building’s name LOL! But anyway, the food was okay. The dinner is costly though.

Parma Ham! We re-order this for like 2-3 times. I hope I did get the ham name correct.

Then we had mussels as well.

Again I don’t remember the dish name. All I remember is some pork.

Pasta with crab or prawn. I couldn’t recall.

Then of course we snapped some pictures of ourselves. That’s my cousin Cheryl from Vancouver. The last time I met her was in year 2005.

Cousin Jasmine’s sweet daughter, Christy.

Bottom left is Lynn and the one on the right is Jasmine.

There’s a lot more we did during dinner but I was too lazy to snap. So after dinner, Lynn and I went back to the hotel to put down her luggages. Later that night we went to A.V.E.N.U.E., my cousin’s club in Lan Kwai Fong. I will upload them on the next post.
