Hong Kong Disneyland – Part 1

These photos are taken 2 years ago while I was visiting Hong Kong for the first time after 10 years -.-! Not much changes since then except they have Disneyland now. So of course I must visit la as it is one of Hong Kong’s premium attractions now. However, it’s quite a disappointment due to the lack of attractions/rides and not worth for the price I paid for. I think it cost me HKD280 (approximately MYR140). It would make a nice theme park for kids though. Overall, I still enjoy the visit because of the shopping I did.. hehe!

If you need more information, you can visit their official site www.hongkongdisneyland.com

Okay! Photos photos photos (though I know they are a bit outdated :) ) but enjoy….

So we took the MTR to Hong Kong Station (if I’m not mistaken) then change to the Disney routing. The train is pretty but too bad I did not take any photos of it. I will take some next time as I know I will visit someday again just to shop LOL! Too expensive traveling to other Disneylands.

The crowd at the entrance. 80% of them are from China.

No idea who was that bad photographer. Actually, I wanted to take a photo of the whole Christmas tree.

Nice hor?! I wanted to take a ride on it but thought it would be a waste of time. Rather walk and explore the place.

Tarzan’s tree house in Adventure Land.

My uncle and I while enjoying the ride to Tarzan’s tree house

Below are the things you get to see during the boat ride to Tarzan’s tree house. Nothing special except those sure looks real.

So here at Tarzan’s tree house.

The view from the top of the tree house.

I don’t want to make the post too long so I will separate the posts. I will continue with Tomorrow Land and Fantasy Land tomorrow if possible. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day so will be going out to celebrate with my family. Hope you guys will enjoy Mother’s Day too.

MPH Warehouse Sales

I could have sleep until noon but I made myself wake early so that I could go to the MPH warehouse sales. The reason why I wanted to go early is because I didn’t want to be in a crowd. But I guess people these days all very ‘kaisu’ lo (including myself.. haha!). I was there at about 11am and there was already plenty of people. Have to squeeze in the crowd lo. What to do?! I want to get some cheap books so badly. The books really cheap. Most of them are at up to 70% discount.  I’m quite satisfied with what I managed to get.

The Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella. I heard they are good so I bought them. In fact I wanted to get one only to see if it’s really that good but if I am to get them in future, they will be very expensive. Might as well get them all since they are at 50%.

More! Bought the e-bay one for fun but maybe I can still get something from it since I’m also using e-bay. I read somewhere about Wena Poon. She seems good so I bought her book too. As for Tony Parsons’s one, I liked his previous book ‘Man and Boy’ so I sure this would be another great title from him.

Surprisingly, I didn’t get any books on my favourite author, Stephen King. Why?! Because I couldn’t find any *sob*!

Time flies huh?!

This week passed by pretty fast. Yay! No work tomorrow. If only today is Friday then we’ll have 3 days holiday.

It’s end month as well, means it’s pay day. But so little. I would be more happy with they give me my commissions now. I closed over 20 cases so the commission is yummy. Oh.. by the way, I’m working in a recruitment agency right now. Just a stepping stone while seeking for other job. I don’t think I can survive with my current freelance work so I need a permanent one.

Home-cooked food! My cousins and I have been eating out since last 2 months. Am glad that my aunt is finally back. More yummy cooking from her :)

So I was checking Facebook earlier and a few primary school friends are actively posting up pictures during our old primary school days. However, I’m not in there since I used to hate taking pictures. They did a small reunion few weeks ago in Sabah, sad that I couldn’t join them. I’m so looking forward to meet all of them after 16 years.

**********

Anyone going to the MPH clearance sales?! I’m going there tomorrow morning. I planned to go there in the afternoon but am afraid it’s hard to get a parking due to the crowd. I read up a few comments about the warehouse sales and it seems it worth a visit. Now I can get many books (if only they have what I wanted) .

Anyway, I’m going to end here. I’m still trying to arrange all the pictures I took during the past few years not blogging.
